Information you choose to share
The contact form asks for your name, email address, the service you’re interested in, and a message. Your business name and phone number are optional. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss requested services.
How an inquiry is sent
When the form button says “Prepare email,” the website opens a draft in your email app. The inquiry is sent only when you send that email. If direct delivery is enabled and the button says “Send inquiry,” the website sends your inquiry through the firm’s configured email delivery service.
This website does not save the contact form in your browser or create a public directory of inquiries. Hosting and email providers may process technical records needed to deliver the service.
Tax documents and sensitive details
Please do not enter Social Security numbers, bank details, tax documents, or other sensitive financial information in the public contact form. Current clients should use the TaxDome client portal for client documents.
Links to other services
The client portal, consultation booking, and professional affiliation links lead to third-party services. Their own privacy practices apply when you use those services.
Cookies and analytics
The website source does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or nonessential cookies. The hosting provider and linked services may have separate practices. A call tracking number, if used, may connect your call through a call tracking provider.
